BE THE G.O.A.T. THIS SCHOOL YEAR

New school year, new you, but for real this time.

The beginning of the school year is always our favorite because everything seems possible.

You’re ready to be the new and improved you on the first day of school. It’s going to be the best year ever, right? Oh, until about the end of the first quarter.

So you’ve been in school for a few weeks now, and the stress and anxiety of balancing academics, friendships, and sports are starting to kick in.

Don’t worry; we got you!

SET GOOD STUDY HABITS

Beginning a new school year with bad habits is like carrying a backpack with last year’s junk. It takes time for a new habit to stick. Making a plan for studying will help you be successful.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

You want to make the honor roll or be the breakout star on your athletic team, but all the work and practice make your head spin. Before talking yourself out of it, remind yourself that being brave can be scary … but you can do it.

EXPAND YOUR CIRCLE

You and your bestie have known each other forever, but just because you’ve always been friends doesn’t mean you can’t make new ones. Making new friends isn’t always easy, but the rewards are worth it. Start with a teammate you haven’t gotten to know on a deeper level.
